7. Install:
- Dust seal

Press the dust seal into inner tube with Fork
Seal Driver

and Adapter
@.
NOTE: _
Before installing the dust seal, apply the lithium
soap base grease onto the dust seal lip.
8. Fill:
-Fork Oil
Fork Oil Capacity:
238 cm

(8.38 Imp oz, 8.05 US
oz)
Recommended Oil:
Yamaha Fork Oil 10WT or
equivalent
NOTE: _
After supplying the fork oil, pump the front fork
up and down to distribute the oil.

9. Measure:
-Oil level

Out of specification--+Add or reduce oil.

Oil Level:
135 mm (5.32 in)
From the top of the inner fork
tube fully compressed without
spring.
NOTE: - - - -
Place the front fork on upright position.
10. Install:
-Cap bolt
NOTE: _
Temporary tighten the cap bolt at this point.
