9. Install:
- Clutch cable holder

-Bolt (Cylinder)

-Cam chain guide (Exhaust)

NOTE: _
Temporarily tighten the bolt in this point.
CYLINDER HEAD
1. Install:
-O-ring
CD
- Dowel pins
@
- Gasket
®
(Cylinder head - New)
[111_111_---------
If O-ring is damaged, replace it.
2. Install:
-Cylinder head
CD
-Spark plug
3. Tighten:
-Bolts (Cylinder head)
-Bolts (Cylinder)
Bolts (Cylinder Head):

22 Nm (2.2 m.kg, 16 ft·lb)
Socket Head Bolts (Cylinder
Head)

20 Nm (2.0 m.kg, 14 ft·lb)
Bolts (Cylinder)

10 Nm (1.0 m.kg, 7.2 ft.lb)
NOTE: _
The numbers in the photo designate the cylinder
head tightening sequence.
