[Function] Select/Cancel underline mode for Chinese characters

[Notes] Select or cancel the underline for Chinese characters, based on the value of n:
0, 48
1, 49
2, 50
• The printer can underline all characters (including right and left character spacing),
but cannot underline the space set by HT and 90° clockwise-rotated characters.
• After the underline mode is cancelled, underline printing is no longer performed, but
the previously specified underline thickness is not changed. The default underline
thickness is 1 dot.
• The specified underline thickness does not change even when the character size
changes.
• It is possible to select or cancel underline mode using FS ! command. The setting of
last received command is effective.
