2.2.9 About oil mist specification

(1) Piping for pressurization inside robot arm

In use in oil mist environment, protection performance can be improved by pressurizing the inside of the robot
arm. Please connect the φ8 air hose to the joint for pressurization of the robot arm base portion "AIR PURGE",
and pressurize the inside of the robot arm.
Refer to the separate "Standard specifications manual" for specification of air purge.

2.2.10 About clean specification

(1) Piping for suction inside robot arm

In use of the robot of clean specification, please connect the φ8 air hose to the coupling for suction of the
robot body base portion "VACUUM", and suck the inside of the robot arm.
Refer to the separate "Standard specifications manual" for vacuum condition.

Note) Although the figure is RH-6FRH, the position of the cou-
pling is the same also in RH-3FRH/12FRH/20FRH.

RH-3FRHR series robot is provided the coupling
as in other robots.
