Maintenance and inspection procedures

Check that the packing is not torn or separated while installing or removing the
cover. If you find that the packing is torn or separated, contact the dealer. If you
keep using the robot with the torn or separated packing, oil mist or the like may
get into the robot, resulting in malfunction of the robot.
Note) The type in the diagram is the RH-3FRH series,
however the cover is the same on the RH-
6FRH/12FRH/20FRH series.
