central office or at another location in
the network or the service has not been
subscribed.
Unknown call identity
Call identity is already assigned
to a "suspended" connection.
No further B-channel is free
on the subscriber's access.

The entered FAC-Code is unknown in
this network.
The requested facility is not available,
because the initiating or the remote
subscriber is not authorized.
Outgoing calls are not possible due to
the barring
If the sum of the number of free B-
channels, the number of occupied
B-channels, the number of awarded
B-channels and the number of calls
without B-channel assignment equals
four, new incoming calls will be cleared
from the network. The calling
subscriber receives a DISC with the
cause "user access busy"(= first busy)
and a busy signal.
Connection not possible due to
negative CUG comparison
