the same time. Specify one out of them.
Alarm code means the alarm No.
Alarm data means the sub code which supports the
alarm contents. Some alarms may not appear as the
sub code.
Sub code additional info character strings means the
number for alarms from the Servo circuit board [SV#*]or
the function safety board[NSU(CPU#*)]. (*denotes
number)
Sub code data character string reverse display
information sets [1], when the characters are reverse.
Specify the accessing method to the data.
0x0E: Read out data of the specified element number
0x01: Read out data of all the element number
(In this case, specify0 to the element number.)
