Syntax

Context
config>service>ies>sub-if>grp-if>ipv6>router-ad
Description
This command sets the "other configuration" flag. This flag indicates that DHCPv6 is available for
autoconfiguration of other (non-address) information such as DNS-related information or information
on other servers in the network. See RFC 3736, Stateless Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol
(DHCP) for IPv6.

Description
This command configures Router Advertisement parameters for IPv6 prefixes returned via RADIUS
Framed-IPv6-Prefix. All prefixes will inherit these configuration parameters.

Description
This command specifies whether the prefix can be used for stateless address configuration.

preferred-lifetime

Description
This command configures the remaining length of time in seconds that this prefix will continue to be
preferred, for example, time until deprecation. The address generated from a deprecated prefix should
not be used as a source address in new communications, but packets received on such an interface are
processed as expected.
