hemodialysis system was put into circulation (i.e., when the system was acquired). Only the usual copying and
transfer costs will be charged. If you want us to send this CD to you, please inform us accordingly, by e-mail, telefax,
or mail, under the address given in the Instructions for Use. Please do not forget to specify the system type and the
system number.
