To Create a Sloping Limit Line

A sloping limit line has different values for its begin and end limits. In
this example, you will create a sloping limit line between 130 MHz and
155 MHz with a beginning level of −35 dB and an ending level of −3 dB.
1. Press
Prior Menu Add Limit
Begin Frequency
2. Press
End Frequency
3. Press
Begin Limit
4. Press
End Limit
When creating limit lines, you can enter frequency and limit values
using the front panel knob or the
numeric keypad.
Figure 4-16, "Limit Lines,"

analyzer and tuned so that its response was within the created limit
lines. The pass/fail indicator gives constant feedback regarding test
status.
