Installation and Setup
Ethernet connected PC for working with a network of projectors linked through their RS232 IN/OUT
ports.
To isolate just RS422 communications, select RS232 and Ethernet Joined. Only projector 1
responds to the RS422 controller.
To isolate just Ethernet communications, select RS232 and RS422 Joined. Only projector 1
responds over Ethernet.

Connecting to the GPIO connector

The GPIO connector located on the input panel provides a flexible method of interfacing a wide
range of external I/O devices to the projector. Seven GPIO pins are available on the 9 pin D-Sub
GPIO connector, which are configurable with RS232 commands. The other two pins are reserved for
ground and power—see the table below for pin identification.
The serial cable required for connecting the external device to the projector's GPIO connector must
be compatible with the external device.
