3. To open the Security Settings-Internet Zone window, click Custom Level.
4. Scroll the list until you see the Downloads option setting.
5. Ensure the Automatic prompting for file downloads and File Download options are
selected.
6. Click OK.
7. At the Warning prompt, click OK.
8. Using the Internet Option window, select Local intranet.
9. Click Custom Level.
10. Repeat steps 4 to 9.
