Safely removing a USB mass storage device

Generating a Text database

You can show specific messages for various work processes on the product's
screen. To do so, generate an "*.xml" text database file on a computer. Then you
import the XML file by means of a USB mass storage device (FAT32 format) and
save it, for example, in the "OEM" folder.
The XML file must have the following characteristics:
File coding: UTF-8
File type: *.xml
The figure below shows the correct structure of the XML file:

Tap File management in the main menu
Navigate to the list of storage locations
Tap Safely remove
The message The storage medium can be removed now.

Disconnect the USB mass storage device
