Possible cause
Lockout is not allowed without
active patient information
The APM communication cable is
plugged in while the APM USB
cable is disconnected
Suggested action
Enter patient information
Restart the monitor and the APM. If the
problem is still present, check the cable
connections from the monitor to APM. If the
problem still present, retry the software
update. If still present, replace the APM. If
the message persists, replace the main PCBA
on the monitor.
