Possible Cause
The dry pump temperature sensor may
have become disconnected or failed.
The pump controller cannot communicate
with the accessory module
The exhaust pipe temperature is too high
The exhaust pipe temperature sensor may
have become disconnected or failed.
The foreline gate valve has failed to close
The foreline gate valve has failed to open
Booster Inverter has raised a warning code. Refer to
The pump controller cannot communicate
with the booster inverter.
Dry pump Inverter has raised a warning
code.
The pump controller cannot communicate
with the dry pump inverter.
DP 2nd Inverter has raised warning code.
DP 2nd Inverter will not start up when
requested.
The pump controller cannot communicate
with the dry pump 2nd inverter.
The pump rotational speed is at least 30%
less than demand for more than 2 minutes.

Action
- Check that the sensor is
fitted and is correctly
connected.
- Check that the accessory
module is correctly
connected to the pump and
then cycle the power to the
pump.
- If this warning persists,
contact Edwards.
