    The iXL120 system The iXL120 is a compact dry pump syst em t hat can be mount ed on t ool or remot ely. The pumping syst em can be cont rolled f rom t he f ront cont rol panel, a PDT accessory or by t he t ool via a MicroTIM.

    Gas purges WARNING The iXL120 and iXL120N pumps are not suitable for use with hazardous production materials. Any hazardous production materials must be diluted to a safe level before entering the pump. Gas purge is provided f or t he sole purpose of enabling t he pumping of inert light gases such as helium.
