011 Pressure Sensor - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
Removal
Disconnect the yellow 3P sensor coupler under the right
side of the shelter
Remove the
air
cleaner cover.
Release the wire from its two guides and pull the coupler
through the gap between the frame and radiator neck.
NOTE: Be careful not to twist the sensor wire during
removal and installation.
Remove the air vent hose, then the oil pressure sensor.
Installation
Appty sealant to the switch threads. Install and tighten
the switch
Torque: 12 N.m (9 ft-Ib)
Connect the sensor coupler and air vent tube. Install the
air cleaner cover
Main Relay
Inspection
Remove the shelter.
The relay is just to the left of the radiator cap. Remove
the relay from the bracket and pull off the rubber cover.
Depress the catch on the coupler with a long screwdriver
and pull the relay out
Check for no continuity between tenninals 111 and ;, 2. If
there is continuity. install a new relay.
Apply battery voltage across terminals 113 and #4 and
cheCk the continuity between
#
1 and #2.
If
there is no
continuity. install a new relay.
