Add New Monitored WWNs confirmation window

Use this window to confirm the new monitoring information and to assign a task name to the
editing task.
Description
Name of the port selected for monitoring.
WWN selected for monitoring.
WWN name is up to 64 alphanumeric characters and some signs.
Select the row to be deleted. Click to remove a row from the table.
