Preparations Turn the lamp(s) off.
Eye damage by detector light

Eye damage may result from directly viewing the light produced by the deuterium
lamp used in this product.

Injury by touching hot lamp
WA R N I N G
If the detector has been in use, the lamp may be hot.

2140-0820 Longlife Deuterium lamp "C" (with black cover and RFID tag)
G1103-60001 Tungsten lamp
Always turn the deuterium lamp off before removing it.
If so, wait for lamp to cool down.
