General Error Messages

Synchronization Lost

During an analysis, the internal synchronization or communication between
one or more of the modules in the system has failed.
The system processors continually monitor the system configuration. If one or
more of the modules is no longer recognized as being connected to the system,
the error message is generated.

Leak Sensor Short

The leak sensor in the module has failed (short circuit).
The current through the leak sensor is dependent on temperature. A leak is
detected when solvent cools the leak sensor, causing the leak-sensor current to
change within defined limits. If the current increases above the upper limit,
the error message is generated.

CAN cable disconnected.
Defective CAN cable.
Defective main board in another module.
Defective flow sensor.
Leak sensor incorrectly routed, being
pinched by a metal component.
Suggested actions
• Ensure all the CAN cables are connected
correctly.
• Ensure all CAN cables are installed correctly.
Exchange the CAN cable.
Switch off the system. Restart the system, and
determine which module or modules are not
recognized by the system.
