Logging Off of the SSU-2000e

Use one of the following commands to log off of the SSU-2000e:

Initial Provisioning
After you have established communications with the SSU-2000e, you must
provision the unit so it can track the input signals and start generating outputs. This
sections contains general instructions for initial provisioning of the SSU-2000e, and
are not intended to cover all combinations of Input and Output modules. You may
need to alter the commands in this section to match the configuration of your
SSU-2000e.
Provisioning General Parameters
This section describes how to provision the reference mode and the auto-return
mode, set the IP address, and name the unit.
1. Log into the SSU-2000e using the procedure in
page 102.
2. Provision the reference selection mode. The default is Priority, which is the most
widely used mode. See
selecting the appropriate mode.

TL1 command:
SET-INPUT-REF:::123::port,PRI;
where
123
format S1Ax[-z], where x is the slot number (3–12) and z is the port (1–3).
Repeat this command for all inputs.
3. Provision the clocks to enable auto-return (revertive) mode. Symmetricom
generally recommends that auto-return be set to On, unless both clocks are of
the same Stratum level. See
information on revertive and non-revertive modes.
