Normal System Indications During Turn-Up

As the system powers up and begins normal operation, the indicators on the front of
all installed Output modules should go through the following sequence:
The POWER indicator turns green when power is applied to the unit and stays
green.
The STATUS indicator blinks green and amber for approximately 10 to 15
seconds and then stays green.
The SOURCE indicator turns green for source clock, amber for not source
clocks, and off for non-existent clocks.
The POWER indicator and both –48/60 VDC indicators on the installed Buffer
modules should turn green and stay green.
After Turn-Up
After completing the turn up procedures:
Assign a System Administrator and any additional users to the system using the
procedures in
Make any required changes to the factory default configuration settings as
described in
Complete the commissioning tests in
to ensure that the system is functioning properly.
