Maintenance intervals

Scope of maintenance
See section "Before processing sintering metal materials [ → 86]".
See section "After processing sintering metal materials [ → 86]".
See section "Before processing titanium workpieces [ → 90]".
See section "After processing / before changing to processing another
material [ → 97]".
Check the filling level using the min / max marking and top up with
coolant mixture if required.
Use suction on and/or wipe out the processing chamber at the end of the
working day.
Clean the collet at the end of the working day in accordance with these
Operating Instructions.
Archive and adjust completely processed rounds and blocks (*.blc files)
in the selected data folder of the inLab CAM software.
Archive and adjust restoration data in the selected data folder of the
inLab CAM software.
Check coolant nozzles and clean if necessary.
Check filter regulators and clean if necessary.
Check that the suction bellows are working properly.
Clean the collet in accordance with these Operating Instructions.
Check and clean the upper suction hose on the mandrel.
Check and clean the lower suction hose.
Check coolant nozzles and clean if necessary.
Change the coolant filter.
Change the coolant.
Check the condensate tank on the filter regulator and drain the
condensate if necessary.
Clean the outer surfaces of the machine.
System maintenance by service technician, using maintenance kit inLab
MC X5 (REF 65 33 538).
