Counts Data Download
If a counts report was selected, an email will be sent to the entered address with a
comma-delimited file of the following layout attached.
One header record, followed by zero or more count records as follows:
Data Item
1. Box Number
2. Count of MREs in box
3. Gender
4. Latest Date of Deduction
5. Latest Date of Destruction
Details Data Download
If a detail report was selected, a file with the following name will be written to the
selected Unix path:
XXXAJBNAR_DETAIL_CCYYMMDD_HHMMSS.txt
where:
• XXX is the NHAIS system cipher
• CCYYMMDD is date of file creation
• HHMMSS is time of file creation
The tab-delimited file layout – one header record, followed by zero or more detail
records – is shown in the table below:
