MEANING / ACTION
The type of run must be present.
This field must be 'C' or 'D'.
You must not leave empty fields between housing
ciphers.
The housing cipher cannot be Scottish, Welsh, from
the Isle of Man or from Northern Ireland. The
housing cipher must also be a valid NHAIS cipher.
If 'ALL' is entered, 'ALL' can only be in the first
field.
