MEANING/ACTION
Details cannot be displayed for the NHS number
you have requested, as they are currently being
viewed/amended.
The NHS number you have entered does not exist
on the database.
The patient whose NHS number you have entered
does not have historic Medical Record details.
Current Medical Record details cannot be
changed using this utility.
You have entered an entry number which does not
appear on the screen. For example, if the patient
had 8 historic Medical record entries, and you
entered the number 9, the message "Entry number
not in range 1 to 8" would appear.
You have entered a new status which is not valid.
You have entered a status change date which is
not valid. Valid formats are dd.mm.yyyy,
dd.mm.yy, dd/mm/yyyy or dd/mm/yy.
You have entered a status change date which is in
the future.
