Registration Reference Manual
Notes
"M", "F" or "I".
Format "DD/MM/CCYY".
This field will only contain one of "RFH",
"AGP", "AFH" or "APR".
Format "DD/MM/CCYY".
Indicating that, where the patient's current
MR status is not "RFH", the previous MR
status for the patient was "RFH".
Format "DD/MM/CCYY". It is this field
that is used to determine whether the
patient should be included within the
download file by virtue of the "RFH" MR
status date being within the date range that
you specify when running the utility.
This is the local code of the patient's GP of
registration prior to the patient being
deducted and their paper-based MRs going
into storage.
This is the reason why the patient was
deducted resulting in their paper-based
MRs going into storage.
Where the patient's paper-based MRs need
to be pulled from storage and forwarded to
another NHAIS agency or another home
country, this is the date of acceptance of
that patient in their new area.
Where the patient's paper-based MRs need
to be pulled from storage and forwarded to
a local GP practice, this is the GP local
code of the GP that the patient is now
registered with, that is, an indicator as to
where the MRs need to be forwarded to.
Where the patient's paper-based MRs need
to be pulled from storage and forwarded to
another NHAIS agency or another home
country, this is the NHAIS system cipher
or Scottish health board cipher where that
patient is now registered, that is, an
indicator as to where the MRs need to be
forwarded to.
