Directions to Request Outstanding MRs
1. When the appropriate selection screen is displayed (Figure 1, Figure 3 or
Figure 4), you can request outstanding MRs. If your database contains data for
more than one PCT, your organisation is set to PCT and you have selected
outstanding MRs from GPs, that is, the Figure 3 selection screen has been
displayed, you must first enter the PCT code of the organisation for which an
outstanding MR report is required.
2. Select whether you require a count, email, print or Unix download file by
entering:
• C for a count
• E for an email
• P for a print
• U for a Unix download file
If you have entered C, continue from step 4 below.
If you have entered U or E you must also specify either the Unix download
directions or the recipient's email address. See step 8 below.
3. If required, restrict the MRs to a specific number of weeks outstanding or date
of movement range. Only one range option may be used.
4. Enter the overall print sequence. If you have requested a count, continue from
step 6 below.
5. If you have selected P for print (in step 2), enter the subsidiary print sequence.
6. Select whether a count of outstanding MRs is required for all or specific GPs,
practices, partnerships, Q codes or HAs.
If you have requested all outstanding MRs, continue from step 8 below.
7. Enter the appropriate GP, practice, partnership, HA or Q codes.
8. If you have chosen to send the results to a Unix file, enter the path of the
download directory.
If you have chosen to send the results as an email, enter the recipient's email
address.
9. Enter Y to add the job to the AJ-Q, and press Enter. Schedule the job.
