AJ-QCIV – Invalid Q Codes for Database
Each patient should have a Q code which indicates his/her responsible HA. AJ-QCIV
reports patients who either have no Q code or have a Q code which is invalid.
Additionally, the option to exclude, (or include), patients registered with dummy GP
codes within the range ZZZ100 – ZZZ999 is available.
Directions to Access the AJ-QCIV Screen
1. Enter a key of AJ with a qualifier of QCIV, and press Enter.
