You have entered an invalid request type. Use the pop-up
box to display and select a valid Request Type.
Request Type 'ADV'.
Enter a valid date in the correct format, either DD.MM.YY
or DD/MM/YY.
Date must not be earlier than 01.05.2005. No audit file
entries possible before this date. Check and re-enter the
date.
You have entered a Date To earlier than the Date From.
Check the dates and re-enter as necessary.
Must be a valid 24 hour clock time in format HH:MM. Re-
