Additional Registration Utilities
Print of Computer Allocated NHS Numbers
This utility gives the details of patients who have temporary NHS numbers (starting
with '?'). The information may be either printed on a system printer or displayed on-
screen.
The patient information may be displayed in either NHS number order (across the
entire database) or broken down by GP Partnership.
The print/display may be restricted to exclude details of patients who are registered
with dummy GPs within the range ZZZ100–ZZZ999.
The print/display may be restricted to include only information about patients:
• with temporary NHS numbers in just a single, specified Partnership; or
• with temporary NHS numbers who have an Original Acceptance Posting Date
within a specified date range.
The patient information on the screen display includes:
• NHS number
• Name (including surname and forenames, or surname and initials if there is not
sufficient room)
• Date of Birth
• GP Code
• Medical Record Status
• 'Y/N' marker to indicate whether the patient has an FP69 status set
• 'Y/N' marker to indicate whether the patient has Patient Notes
• Original Acceptance Posting Date.
The patient information in the printout includes:
• NHS number
• Name (including surname and forenames, or surname and initials if there is not
sufficient room)
• Date of Birth
• GP Code
• Medical Record Status
• 'Y/N' marker to indicate whether the patient has an FP69 status set
• Original Acceptance Posting Date
• NHSCR Notification Batch Number
• NHSCR Notification Record Number
• 'Y/N' marker to indicate whether the patient has Patient Notes
• The actual Patient Notes.
