Understanding the AJ-PCAS Screen
GP/Practice/PCO of Registration/PCO of Residence
To select the scope of patients to be included, enter the relevant code in the field. For
example, to include the patients for a particular GP, enter the GP's local code in the
GP field.
NOTES
For reports produced for a Practice Code, be aware that any GP which
was in that Practice, but has not been allocated to another (via the PC
screen), will still be considered as part of that practice.
Similarly, for reports produced for a PCO of Registration, if any GP's
Practice was in that PCO, but has not been allocated to another (via the
HG screen), that GP will be considered to be still with that PCO.
All Patients
To include all patients, enter All in this field.
Export (Unix/Email)
You can have the information from the job downloaded to Unix for use in third party
applications, such as Excel, or you can email the data to an address you specify.
• If you want to download the information to Unix, enter a valid Unix pathname
and a filename.
• If you want the information to be emailed, enter a valid email address.
Enter 'Y' to run the job
To start processing the job, enter Y.
