Additional Registration Utilities
This utility allows you to output a list of patients that have internally
transferred from one practice to another for a selected date range after
01.04.2006.
Data will be written to a Unix file, and notification that the utility has
finished sent to the selected email address.
Unix download directory eg. '/download/' , or 'Q' to quit
- (default '/download/') :
Email address for notification , or 'Q' to quit
- (default 'pennyparker@nhs.net') :
Report on transfers between all Practices (A) or two selected Practices (S) ? A
Now enter a date range for analysis. Note dates are those that the transfer was
made on the NHAIS System and not the 'Date Added' used for the transfer.
Start Date (DD.MM.YY) : 01.01.2010
End Date (DD.MM.YY)

List Internally Transferred Patients Utility Screen
Email Notification
The email sent by the process to indicate that it has completed will have a subject of
the format:
• Patient List of Internal Transfers PRACS from DD.MM.CCYY to
dd.mm.ccyy
where
• PRACS is either the text "for All Practices" or "from practice code to practice
code"
• DD.MM.CCYY is the entered start date
• dd.mm.ccyy is the entered end date.
The body of the email will be of the format:
Results are in file /path/Cipher_INTXFER_CCYYMMDDHHMMSS.txt
• the first record in the file contains data column headings.
Total of n records in download file
where n is the number of transfer records included in the Unix file.
Download File Layout
The Unix download file will have a filename of:
Cipher_INTXFR_CCYYMMDDHHMMSS.txt
where:
• Cipher is the NHAIS system cipher
