Registration Reference Manual
The first record in the file will contain column header labels to aid interpretation. All
the data records in the file will contain a total count of transactions per action
date/user ID/application code/action code combination.
The data items included in the export file are shown in the table below.

Accumulated figures
To delete previous accumulated statistics, enter the year range to be deleted in this
field. Valid year ranges of old accumulated statistics will be displayed in the field.
NOTE
This field will not be displayed if there are no previously accumulated
statistics to be deleted.
Choice
Enter either:
• P to request a Performance Indicator report; or
• S to request a Service Indicator report.
Service indicator period
Only enter details in this field if you have requested a Service Indicator report. A
Service Indicator report can be requested so long as you have not requested
accumulation of workload statistics in this run.
Enter the date range that the report is required to cover. This date range must be a
valid accumulation year range. The date must be in the format shown on the screen.
Performance indicator dates
Only enter details in this field if you have requested a Performance Indicator report. A
Performance Indicator report can be requested so long as you have not requested
accumulation of workload statistics in this run.
