Registration Reference Manual
Running the Extract
This utility allows you to analyse Registrations and Deductions for selected
Practices, selected PCTs, or for the whole database for selected Qtrs.
Data will be written as an attachment to an email, and include Practice Summary
and individual transaction information.

for Oct-Dec 05, enter '3/06'
for Jan-Mar 06, enter '4/06'
if you want only one qtr, enter End Qtr same as Start Qtr
(Registrations have only been logged since Qtr 1/04, Deductions since Qtr 1/07)

The download file has the following format. Each record is delimited by a tilde (~)
character.
The first line shows:
• Site cipher
• Total Registrations
• Total Deductions.
This is followed by many instances of:
• PCT code
• No. of Registrations
• No. of Deductions.
This is then followed by repeating groups (by practice) of :
• Practice code
• P'ship code
• No. of Registrations
• No. of Deductions.
Additional Registration Utilities
