14-152. REMOVAL OF THE FORWARD CABIN DIVIDER PANELS WITH MAGAZINE AND MAP
BINS.
a. Remove the two screws attaching the bottom of each cabin divider panel to the cabin floor.
b. Remove the two screws attaching each cabin divider panel to the top and side of the cabin.
c. Remove the cabin divider panels from the aircraft.
14-153. INSTALLATION OF FORWARD CABIN DIVIDER PANELS WITH MAGAZINE AND MAP
BINS.
a. Install the cabin divider panels by the two screws attaching each cabin divider panel to the top
and side of the cabin.
b. Install the two screws attaching the bottom of each cabin divider to the cabin floor.
14-154. REMOVAL OF FORWARD CABIN DIVIDER PANELS WITH HOT AND COLD
REFRESHMENT CENTERS.
a. Remove the bottom drawer from the left forward cabin divider panel.
b.
Remove the third and sixth screws on the metal cabin drawer sliding bracket.
c.
Open the thermos access door located on the top of the cabinet that is part of the left forward
cabin divider panel.
d.
Slide the thermos unit outboard toward the side of the aircraft. Pull it forward disconnecting it
from its electrical socket.
e. Remove the thermos from its compartment.
f. Remove the two remaining screws attaching the left forward cabin divider panel to the top and
side of the cabin and remove the divider panel from the aircraft.
g.
Remove the bottom drawer of the right forward cabin divider panel and remove the third and
sixth screws on the metal drawer sliding bracket.
h. Remove the two remaining screws attaching the right forward cabin divider panel to the top and
side of the cabin and remove the divider panel from the aircraft.
14-155. INSTALLATION OF FORWARD CABIN DIVIDER PANELS WITH HOT AND COLD
REFRESHMENT CENTERS.
a.
Attach the right divider panel at the top and side of the cabin with the two screws and secure.
b. Install the third and sixth screws in the metal drawer sliding bracket and install the bottom
drawer of the right forward cabin divider.
c.
Attach the left divider panel at the top and side of the cabin with the two screws and secure.
d. Install the thermos.
e.
Install the third and sixth screws on the metal drawer sliding bracket and secure.
f. Replace the bottom drawer in the left forward cabin divider panel.
14-156. REVERSING THE THIRD AND FOURTH AFT FACING SEATS.
a. Remove the seat.
b.
Remove the legs on the third and fourth aft facing seats by releasing the four bolts attaching the
seat legs to the seat bottom frame.
c.
Attach the support assembly, that is used on the forward facing third and fourth seats, to the seat
bottom frame. This support assembly utilizes the same attachment points as the aft facing seat.
d.
Remove any seat track stops that might interfere with the seat installation.
e.
Place the front legs of the seat on the seat tracks and slide the rear legs onto the seat tracks at the
grooved installation points.
f.
Insure that the black knobs secure the seat in position on the seat tracks.
