Check linkage and tight-
en or replace.
Trim control wheel
moves with excessive
resistance.
System not lubricated
properly.
Lubricate system.
Pulleys binding or
rubbing.
Cables not in place on
pulleys.
Trim tab hinge binding.
Cables crossed or
routed incorrectly.
Replace binding pulleys.
Provide clearance be-
tween pulleys and
brackets.
Install cables.
Lubricate hinge. Re-
place if necessary.
Check routing of control
cables.
