14-163. REMOVAL OF PRIVACY PANEL.
a. Disconnect the screws on the top, side and bottom of both panels and remove the two panels.
b. Remove the angled brackets.
14-164. INSTALLATION OF PRIVACY PANEL.
a. Secure the angle brackets with the screws.
b. Install the panel in place and attach the panel to the angle brackets.
14-165. REMOVAL OF PLUG IN SEATS.
a. Release the two wedjits (quarter turn, quick disconnect fasteners) attaching the rear of the seat
to the cabin floor.
b. Push the seat towards the rear of the aircraft and lift the seat assembly so that the front legs
detach from the keyhole plates on the cabin floor.
c.
Remove the seat assembly from the aircraft.
14-166. INSTALLATION OF PLUG IN SEATS.
a.
Place seat in aircraft.
b. Push seat forward so front legs lock in keyhole plate on the floor.
c. Push down on seat so seat locks in wedjit plate in floor.
14-167. REMOVAL OF DIVIDER PANEL WITH HAT SHELF.
a. Remove the two screws on each end of the strap.
b. Remove the four screws on each end of the shelf bracket and remove the shelf.
c. Remove the screws holding the brackets and remove the brackets.
d.
Remove the three screws securing the bottom of the panel.
e. Remove the two screws at the top of the panel and remove the panel.
f. Remove the screws holding the mounting channel and remove the clamp.
14-168. INSTALLATION OF DIVIDER PANEL WITH HAT SHELF.
a.
Install the mounting channel.
b. Install the panel in place and secure with the three screws on the bottom and two on the top.
c. Install the shelf brackets with four screws each.
d. Install the shelf with the four screws on each end.
e. Install the strap assembly by securing the two screws on each end.
