When the cell spot alignment has been confirmed, the stage positions the slide to receive the Slide
Reviewed Mark. The marker pen is uncapped and a small double line is marked on the coverslip,
located on the bottom arc of the slide. This indicates that a slide has completed an entire manual
review process.

An audible beep indicates the mark has been created. Slide review is complete and the slide may be
unloaded from the slide holder. The display transitions to the "Load Slide" screen.
Review Complete
Another slide may be loaded for manual review.
