The operator may:
• Press the Next button on the pod to move to the next location
• Move the joystick to view a different area of the slide
• Press the Object button on the pod to change magnification
• Press the Mark button on the pod to electronically mark or unmark cells for physical marking
Note:
Be sure to position the object so that the physical mark will not obscure it.
• Press the Review soft key to review electronic marks (electronic marks may be added or
deleted)
• Press the Reset soft key to restart the scan at the beginning
• Press the Prev button on the pod to go back to the previous field of view
An audible beep indicates the completion of scanning. The display shows Scan Complete.
Press the Review soft key to review electronic marks.
Press the Finish soft key to finish manual slide review.
Physical Marking of the Slide
If any areas were electronically marked for physical marking, the pen dots the slide now. The number
of marks count up until all marks are complete.
