ROUBLESHOOTING
Check for pen obstruction.
Power cycle the Review Scope to see if the error clears.
Perform marker calibration (menu option 3).
Check for physical interference of nosepiece.
Check for proper seating of objectives.
Lower the stage with the coarse focus knob.
Power cycle the RS.
Check for pen obstruction.
Power cycle the Review Scope to see if the error clears.
Perform marker calibration (menu option 3).
Recalibrate Joystick (menu option 2).
If Recalibration doesn't fix the problem, try new Pod and
Recalibrate Joystick.
a. Turn RS power off
b. Unplug the Pod.
c. Plug in a new Pod.
d. Turn RS power on.
e. Recalibrate the Joystick.
Power Cycle the RS.
If the problem is not resolved, contact Technical Support.
