When the fiducial mark is aligned with the mark indicator, press the Next button on the pod. The
stage presents the second mark and the display prompts the user to align the second fiducial mark.
Using the joystick control, align the second fiducial mark with the illuminated mark indicator, as nec-
essary. (Pressing the Prev button will allow re-alignment of the first fiducial mark, in case a mistake
was made.) Press the Next button on the pod when satisfied with the alignment.
The third fiducial mark is presented and the display prompts the user to align the third mark.
Using the joystick control, align the third fiducial mark with the illuminated mark indicator, as neces-
sary. Press the Next button on the pod.
