2. Restart the server.
3. Contact your IBM service representative for
support.

2. Check the IBM support website for an
applicable retain tip or firmware update that
applies to this error.
3. Run the Setup utility and select System
Information → System Summary →
Processor Details to view the
microprocessor information to compare the
installed microprocessor specifications.
4. (Trained technician only) Remove and
replace one of the microprocessors so that
they both match (see "Removing a
microprocessor and heat sink" on page 61
and "Installing a microprocessor and heat
sink" on page 65).
