Closed: Resets faults if the cause is cleared and the Run command is
removed.
Closed: Decelerates at the Fast-Stop time C1-09.
To restart the Fast-Stop input must be released and Run must be cycled.

Open: Decelerates according to C1-09 (Fast-stop Time)
