19 REVERSE: Closes when reverse rotaton s actve . Opens when forward rotaton s
actve (refer to Parameter 17 - ROTATION DIRECTION) .
20 DYNAMIC BRAKING: TB-13E becomes the "trgger" that actvates the optonal
external Dynamc Brakng module . Refer to the nstructons ncluded wth the Dynamc
Brakng opton .
21 REMOTE KEYPAD: When the Remote Keypad opton s beng used, TB-13E must be
set for ths functon . Also, TB-13B (Parameter 11) must be set for Remote Keypad (13)
and CONTROL (Parameter 14) must be set for REMOTE KEYPAD ONLY (02) .
P14 CONTROL
Parameter P14 selects the source of START/STOP and drecton commands .
01 TERMINAL STRIP ONLY: The drve wll only respond to START/STOP and drecton
commands from the termnal strp .
02 REMOTE KEYPAD ONLY: The drve wll only respond to START/STOP and drecton
commands from the optonal remote keypad . Termnals 13B and 13E must also be
set for the REMOTE KEYPAD opton (refer to Parameters 12 and 13) .
P16 UNITS EDITING
P16 allows parameter and keypad speed edtng n whole unts or tenths of unts above
100 . Below 100, the value can always be changed by tenths of unts .
01 TENTHS OF UNITS: The value can always be changed by tenths of unts (up to a
value of 1000) . If the  or  button s pressed and held, the value wll change by
tenths of unts untl the next whole unt s reached, and then the value wll change by
whole unts . Refer to Secton 13 .1, Setting Values in Tenths of Units Above 100 .
02 WHOLE UNITS: The value can be changed by tenths of unts untl 99 .9 s reached .
Above 99 .9, the value wll change n whole unt ncrements only . Below a value of
100, f the  or  button s pressed and held, the value wll change by tenths of unts
untl the next whole unt s reached, and then the value wll change by whole unts .
P17 ROTATION DIRECTION
01 FORWARD ONLY: The drve wll only allow rotaton n the forward drecton . However,
JOG REVERSE (see Parameter 11) wll stll operate even f FORWARD ONLY s
selected .
02 FORWARD AND REVERSE: The drve wll allow rotaton n both drectons .
P19 ACCELERATION TIME
P19 sets the acceleraton rate for all of the speed reference sources (keypad, speed pot,
jog, MOP, and preset speeds) . Ths settng s the tme to accelerate from 0 Hz to the BASE
FREQUENCY (Parameter 27) .
