PROGRAMMING THE SCL/SCM DRIVE

The drve may be programmed by one of two methods: usng the three buttons and 3-dgt
LED dsplay on the front of the drve, or by programmng the Electronc Programmng
Module (EPM) usng the optonal EPM Programmer . Ths secton descrbes programmng
the drve usng the buttons and dsplay, whch are shown below:
Mode
To enter the PROGRAM mode to access the parameters, press the Mode button . Ths wll
actvate the PASSWORD prompt (f the password has not been dsabled) . The dsplay wll
read "00" and the upper rght-hand decmal pont wll be blnkng, as shown below:

Use the  and  buttons to scroll to the password value (the factory default password
s "225") and press the Mode button . Once the correct password value s entered, the
dsplay wll read "P01", whch ndcates that the PROGRAM mode has been accessed at
the begnnng of the parameter menu (P01 s the first parameter) . Ths s shown below:

NOTE
If the dsplay flashes "Er", the password was ncorrect, and the process to enter the
password must be repeated .
