DESCRIPTION OF PARAMETERS

P01 LINE VOLTAGE SELECTION
Parameter P01 calbrates the drve for the actual appled nput voltage . Set ths parameter
to HIGH (01) for 120, 220-240, and 460-480 Vac nput, or LOW (02) for 200-208 and
380-415 Vac nput .
NOTE
If ths parameter s changed whle the drve s runnng, the new value wll not take
effect untl the drve s stopped .
P02 CARRIER FREQUENCY
Parameter P02 sets the swtchng rate of the output IGBT's . Increasng the carrer
frequency wll result n less audble motor nose . Avalable settngs are: 4 kHz, 6 kHz, 8
kHz, and 10 kHz .

NOTE
• The SCL/SCM drve s fully rated up to 8 kHz carrer frequency . If the 10 kHz
carrer frequency s selected, the drve's ambent temperature ratng OR output
current ratng must be de-rated to the value shown n the table above .
• If ths parameter s changed whle the drve s runnng, the change wll not take
effect untl the drve s stopped .
P03 START METHOD
WARNING!
Automatc startng of equpment may cause damage to equpment and/or njury to
personnel! Automatc start should only be used on equpment that s naccessble
to personnel .
01 NORMAL: The drve wll start when the approprate contact s closed on the termnal
strp . See Secton 11 for possble control configuratons .
02 START ON POWER UP: The drve wll automatcally start upon applcaton of nput
power .
