Calibration/aspirator air/Z-Purge Connections

Required calibration gases and tubing
See Chapter 2 for information on calibration gases. The span gas is

the high gas; the zero gas the low gas.
NOTE
The span gas must be 10 times greater than the zero gas. For example, if
the zero gas is 1% O , the span gas must be 10% O

If using a WDG-IVC analyzer, you must also have a combustibles span
gas as follows:
• 60 to 80% (ppm range) or 40 to 60% (% range) of the full combustibles
operating range in certified mixtures of CO or CO + H

tibles, use 800 ppm CO, 800 ppm H

If using a WDG-IVCM analyzer with RTD-type combustibles detector,
you also must have a combustibles span gas as follows:
