Provisioning Modes

There are three different modes.
Active
Inactive
Not connected

LAN

This section describes how to do the following configurations and settings.

Note: The IPBL has two LAN ports. LAN1 port must be used in the IP-DECT system (LAN2 port is
for administration only). This is not applicable when RSTP is used, see

Some of the above configurations and settings plus additional ones can be set by a DHCP
server via DHCP options. For more information about DHCP options, see

Set DHCP Mode
The IPBS/IPBL can have different DHCP modes, see the table below.
