4. Uncheck Collections check box (if needed). Then all charts in every collection that have been activated for DL
are displayed in frame view window (on the left).
5. In case Reported or Not Reported charts exist, charts can be from all activated collections and they are
displayed in expansion part. The Reported charts contain their Expiry date and the Not Reported charts contain
their Date of first use.
6. Following colors and their descriptions are available for dynamic license charts in "catalog/frame view":
Magenta - Chart is dynamically licensed but not viewed yet, Yellow - Chart is viewed but reporting not
confirmed yet, Green - Accessed and reporting confirmed (licensed) and Red - Viewing charts is prohibited
because not in collection of dynamic license.
7. By using Collections check box, it is possible to view individual collection.
8. Only the selected collection is displayed in chart view window (on the left). The Reported and Not Reported
charts are displayed only for selected collection.
9. Repeat steps 8-9 for all available collections.
10. You can view the Remaining Credit.
11. By opening some charts (e.g. via Chart Menu -> Chart Catalogue).
12. The Remaining Credit has been reduced. The chart which was opened in step 12 is displayed in Not Reported
category. Day when it was opened is indicated in Date of first use for the chart. Furthermore Not Reported
charts are displayed with Yellow color in chart view window.
13. When you next time use Real Time Update service Not Reported charts are moved to Reported category.
